Committed to producing dairy products that do not compromise on quality, the Hildebrand family has resisted the industry's movement towards commercial dairies milking thousands of cows. Instead, the Hildebrand’s have chosen to keep their herd small and build and operate their own micro-creamery. It has the capabilities to produce milk and cream. Its as fresh and wholesome as in days gone by, while implementing modern processing technology to insure that your family is always receiving the best product possible.
Fresh Milk
Hildebrand Dairy Milk is farm-fresh, with fuller and crisper flavor than other commercial milks. We pasteurize our milk with the HTST process, unlike our competitors who use ultra-high temperatures in pasteurization, allowing for longer shipping distances at the cost of destroying their flavor. Our milk is always shipped in glass bottles, which help preserve our unique, rich flavors.
Creamline
Our premium Creamline milk is pasteurized, but not homogenized, leaving the milk so rich and creamy that the cream actually rises to the top.
Whole Milk
Our whole milk is beyond compare, pasteurized and homogenized without sacrificing any cream, resulting in a rich, full-bodied milk abundant in flavor.
Two Percent Milk
Our 2% is homogenized, pasteurized, and contains just enough cream to give it a rich, flavorful, and crisp taste sure to please your family.
Skim Milk
Our Skim milk is pasteurized, homogenized, and is what we previously called low fat. It has that amazing full flavor that can only come from Hildebrand.
Chocolate Milk
Bursting with rich, thick chocolate flavor, our chocolate milk is sure to please.
Strawberry Milk
Our strawberry milk blends two irresistible flavors - after all, what goes better together than strawberries and cream?
Root Beer
If you enjoy a good old fashioned root beer float you are sure to love our root beer flavored milk. It is available at the Farm and at select stores. If its not at your local store, ask for it!
Eggnog
The perfect treat for this holiday season. Take it with you for those holiday gatherings, or enjoy some during a quiet night at home! This seasonal product is only offered from November through New Years Day.
Cream
Available in quart bottles, our cream is farm-fresh, rich, and delicious.
Beef and Cheese
We also offer our own farm-raised Holstein beef, prepared by GTB Custom Meat Locker, and cheese produced by Jason Wiebe Dairy.
Soft Serve Ice Cream
Our soft serve vanilla ice cream is made from our very own milk and cream. Its the perfect combination of creamy goodness and vanilla to satisfy your taste buds.
